Farm Bill Compliance
All Lucky’s Private Reserve products are derived from hemp grown and processed under the Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC by dry weight, the federal threshold for legal hemp under 7 U.S.C. § 1639o. Compliance is verified through third-party laboratory testing on every batch.
Lab Testing & Certificates of Analysis
Every product is tested by an accredited third-party laboratory for cannabinoid potency, residual solvents, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on request and accessible via product pages.

Shipping & Distribution
Lucky’s Private Reserve ships exclusively via UPS and USPS to states where hemp-derived products are legally permitted. A current list of shippable states is maintained on our Shipping Policy. We do not ship internationally.
Age Verification
All purchasers must be 21 years of age or older. Age verification is enforced at site entry via a 21+ gate and at order placement. We do not market to or knowingly accept orders from minors.
