These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of luckysprivatereserve.com (the “Site”) and any products purchased through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Eligibility & Age Verification
You must be at least 21 years of age to access the Site or purchase any products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived products in your state of residence. We reserve the right to verify age and refuse service at our discretion.
Hemp Compliance
All Lucky’s Private Reserve products are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “Farm Bill”). State laws regarding hemp-derived products vary and are subject to change. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of these products in your jurisdiction before purchasing or using them.

Lucky’s Private Reserve products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Drug Testing Disclaimer

Orders, Pricing & Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, ineligible shipping addresses, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping and return terms are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund / Exchange Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Account Responsibility

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whitefeather Processing, Lucky’s Private Reserve, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Oregon, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
